An amazing experience! Nicole and her husband were absolutely wonderful. They delivered the RV and set it up in record time..in the rain... making sure I understood how to work the toilet, the digital dials, and generator. He even stacked the firewood I added on. They put down a rug under the awning complete with two zero gravity recliners! and left us two recliner chairs for the campfire. Felt like a home. The camper is stocked very well, towels, kitchen utensils, coffeepot, bedding...everything you need. We cooked mostly on our own outside Coleman stove, as we were in a national park with no hookups. The only thing I did not find in camper was a large pot - but we brought out own. Other than that, there is no need to bring anything else. The camper was clean and very functional. Beds were comfortable, although we used a mat we brought on the pull out couch to add more cushioning. We loved having the outside kitchen to store food in to make our food cache safe from the critters. The add on packages were great - the bikes were fun for our 'kids' . I would highly recommend this camper, and Nicole made it a seamless experience. I hope we are able to do this again next year!! But I will definitely pack less - this camper is stocked so well.

Nicole and her husband were very easy to work with. I was very impressed at his skill in getting the RV in the parking space. They had a rug, chairs and most everything you would need. They explained everything we might need to know since it was our first experience camping. The air and heat were appreciated in the mountains. We had a really good time At Kairos in Glen Lyn, VA. Would rent from them again.
