I have to say that we were disappointed the RV we rented-
The valve on the grey water tank was stuck closed which meant the tank filled and started backing up into the two sinks and shower and made the inside of the van smell. (The faucet in the bathroom was also dripping constantly). I had to loosen the bolts to the entrance of the valve unit to empty the tank by laying under the vehicle. Needless to say I could not avoid getting splashed by the dirty grey water.
The strut on the canopy was broken which meant there was extra strain on the other strut even in a light wind. That meant we could not use it for fear of the other strut breaking and the canopy being stuck open. Therefore we did not have shade at the entrance to the van.
The step under the side door stopped automatically opening which meant we had to jam it closed.
Overall this was not what we expected.

Went to pick up motor home on 8/13 as promised. Owner was not around and had there teenage daughter go over limited items on RV. Questioned young lady about having a full tank of water and she stated on the tank was full. Upon getting to our remote site we were made aware of the water tank being empty when I went to shower. We were at a festival and had a member of camping management come over to help us. At that time we found out that not only did we not have water but that the black tank had 2/3 full of shit. We then asked the company at the festival that was working on the port a johns to look at the black tank and they said not to use it that it was 2/3 full. The owners had provided proper maintenance on the camper for the renters before us and failed to empty the tank completely, and admitted they never checked the control panel. Then they charged us for the previous renters backed up shit. Even when they admitted they never check the control panel.

1st RV and host was very helpful and communicative. We learned as we went and this made the trip so much easier than driving 2000 miles each way.

Great first RV experience with Outdoorsy! The RV was immaculate, easy to drive, and a breeze to set up at the campsite. The host took the time to walk us through everything since it was our first time using an RV, which made us feel very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly, and we had a fantastic trip. Would definitely book again!

This was our first experience of "van life" and it couldn't have been better. It was the perfect combination of relaxing, exciting and fun. The van was a perfect for our family, matching our needs and expectations all the while driving like a car. Great for longer trips to the beach or getting supplies downtown.. The hosts were responsive and kind with a lot of great advice. All around excellent.

Our RV adventure was fantastic. The RV itself was clean and reliable. Traveler Necessity was great with communication through the entire process. We appreciate the use of their RV and would use them again.

We had a great experience in the RV! It provided us the flexibility to adjust our travel plans and drive to an area where the weather was clear on the day of the total eclipse. The unit was very clean and in good condition. It was also very easy to drive with a size that allowed us easily park in lots that we normally would with our own vehicles. Owners were very helpful and quickly responded to any questions. Would definitely rent this RV again!

This was my first time renting , using, being in an Rv. I am considering owning one and want to experience different kinds to try them out. My weekend experience was very good with this rv van. It was clean, easy to drive and use. The hosts were wonderful and very flexible. Their communications with me told me everything I needed to know. Thank you for the experience!

This was our first time renting with outdoorsy and we have to say, Daisy made the process as smooth as possible! The RV was clean with modern furnishings and well stocked with basic necessities. We had a small issue with the pilot light and even though we were able to fix it ourselves Daisy responded promptly with tips to help us out. Would definitely rent from Daisy again!
