Evelyn was very quick to respond however I spent a lot of time communicating with her on my trip. The AC did not work in the unit and we were unable to sleep in the camper. Her husband, sweetest man ever, spent the better part of the morning on day 2 trying to fix it. After waiting all day to hear back about a technician one was not available to fix the unit. We ended up purchasing a portable AC unit just so we were able to sleep. She did offer late that evening to bring over a portable ac unit but we had already purchased one and was trying to cool off the unit before bed. He did tell my daughter at drop off that the awning had a bend in it from wind damage from the previous renter but it was good to extend whole side was collapsed in and unusable. The sun beamed all day in the camper. And one of the shades inside was broken. Which was also pointed out at drop off. Maybe I was expecting too much. When I read delivery and set up I assumed the camper would be set up, cool and usable on my arrival.

Evelyn and Delano made our first camping experience a wonderful joy. The customer service and knowledge they provided made our experience camping an ease. We will absolutely use them with our next camping vacation. We can’t thank them enough.

Had a wonderful experience. The Rv was perfect for me and my wife and two girls. I will definitely rent again from Evelyn she was awesome.
