This trailer was much nicer than expected. And having heat was AMAZING, during an unexpected cold spell. And Jose couldn’t have been a nicer guy, and always got back to me quickly when I had questions. Would definitely rent it again!

The RV owner Jose had excellent communication and delivery & pickup was very convenient. But the actual RV is in need of maintenance and repair. The microwave did not work and, most importantly, the bathroom's toilet connection(s) have a seal problem somewhere. The bathroom odor was horrible. We had to leave the vent opening in the ceiling open, with the fan running, just to minimize the smell throughout the RV. This is not a tolerable, acceptable condition that must be addressed before the next rental.
