We are definitely an outdoor loving family. We've done all kinds of camping from primitive loops in the state parks to cabin and camper rentals at the beach. We know what campers need/want and we are here to make sure you have the best time in our home away from home.

The camper was beyond perfect! It was so well stocked with camping stuff! I cannot imagine there being a better host than John! He was very communicative and friendly!

Our Assateague vacation was amazing thanks to John and his incredible travel trailer. John delivered and set up his trailer at our campsite including an outdoor carpet, chairs, grill, and generator. When we arrived John explained everything we needed to know about the trailer so all we had to do was unload our groceries and add our bedding. John provides many items you might forget like plates, utensils, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper. He also provides a Kuerig coffee maker with an assortment of k-cups and regular coffee if you want a whole pot. We highly recommend John and will be renting from him again.

John’s RV was perfect as described and he was a super responsive host that made sure we were completely good to go with how to operate everything. The RV was fully outfitted with everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay at Assateague State Park! Delivery and pickup of the RV to our site was flawless. We will definitely book w/John again and recommend you do also.

We had a great time renting this camper. It had so much essential items in the camper.

This was a great camper and it fit my families needs perfectly...the small personal touches made it extra special especially the snack pack...my son especially enjoyed that. Thank you Rhoat Family for such a great experience.

We have a camper of our own, and have done a good bit of camping with our family of five over the past ten years. We decided to rent a camper, rather than haul our own, for this trip. Thanks to the Rhoat family, we now know the meaning of “glamping”. We felt spoiled spending our week-long vacation at Assateague State Park with their camper as our home. The camper was delivered in pristine condition when we arrived, and they’d outfitted it with everything a family could want or need while on vacation. They were a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to renting from them again in the future.

The camper and the host John was great, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and the camper. John was a great host and we had no issues other than some learning curves which John was great in getting back to us on. We would definitely do this again. Thank you for a wonderful experience..

Roan and his family were great renters! They took great care of our camper and returned it in pristine condition. They were very tolerant of a battery issue we had early in their rental, which has since been resolved.

Our family had a wonderful 4th of July weekend away in his perfectly appointed camper.
Everything was as advertised, anything imaginable was on the camper, even a crockpot which we didn’t use, but we did enjoy the full-size refrigerator, outside kitchen, and yes, center island. Crazy cool experience!!!
