During our trip, multiple rainstorms passed over the campgrounds where we were staying, causing the back tires of the RV to get stuck in the mud. My friends and I desperately tried to get help from the on-site towing service, third-party towing services, as well as through Outdoorsy roadside assistance but unfortunately had no luck. We are grateful that Bryan was very considerate and worked with us to navigate the situation which allowed us to still have an awesome experience.

Bryan and his RV were both so frustrating to work with. Upon meeting, Bryan showed us everything that was broken. The stovetop and oven both weren’t working or available, and for linens Bryan gave us a few top sheets and a couple dirty, stained bath towels. On our trip, the generator didn’t work, and the back half of the RV interior lights didn’t work. We had no power, and had to use the bathroom and shower in the dark. When reaching out to Bryan about these issues and asking for a discount, he got very hostile and belittling and refused to provide a discount. I used to rent out RV’s myself, and I would never rent from Bryan again.

This review is an exception to the norm because the situation was an exceptional departure from the norm. Conditions could not have been worse... please google lost land 2026 camping videos. Communication from my guests here could not have been worse. They texted about no generator then ignored 2 days of me trying to call, text and email. They were 100 percent at fault for running batteries down and not having power for lights or to start a generator. I could not have tried harder to help but got no response til the text request for a refund a week later. Linens for 4, delivery to the tune of 5 plus hours for pickup and delivery, and cleaning up everything you can imagine after watching videos of that muddy disaster. All for free. The refund request was about half of the total for cleaning and delivery, we agreed it was fair. Then this review. My relief is the other 250 reviews that speak to the pride I have in what I do and what great service I provide when hosting rational adults.

Bryan communicated well, was very flexible, and made the entire process simple. We will definitely be utilizing his services the next time we need to rent an RV.

Bryan is a great host, overall the RV was fine for our needs - just a little older then expected and described. We comfortably fit 4 people and will likely book with Bryan in the future one of the newer rigs. Easygoing, simple handoff and overall enjoyable.

2nd time renting from Bryan. Couldnt ask for a better host. He is very thorough with the going over the RV. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again

the host was amazing and very helpful, quick to respond to any questions i had during the trip and leading up to it. unlimited generator usage was absolutely amazing and life saving due to the bad weather we were able to stay warm and dry the whole time. definitely looking forward to renting again!

The RV was exactly as described and perfect for our perfect needs. This was our first time renting an RV and Brian walked us through everything before we left the lot and made it clear we could reach out via text at any time with questions. Pickup/ drop off coordination was a breeze. This was such a good experience that we’re already planning next year’s rental.

The host Bryan was great. Very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were first time RV-ers so he showed us how to do everything. The vehicle itself is older so it’s a little noisy while driving but I think you need to expect that while essentially driving a home down the road! The only reason to leave 4 instead of 5 stars on the maintenance was because the generator and the oven were not working—but I am confident Bryan will get those things taken care of!

We had such a good experience! Our host was so knowledgeable about the RV and has taken care of it so well over the years! He went over everything we needed to know beforehand and if we had any questions or needed to get a hold of him during our trip, he replied back quickly! The RV was clean and well taken care of and we would definitely recommend renting it out for your trip! We had such a beautiful time! There was 2 adults and 5 kids and we were snug with plenty of room still! The storage space in the RV was amazing inside and outside! I would highly recommend renting from this host and especially this RV :)

We had a great experience renting from Bryan. The RV was clean and well maintained. The AC kept us cool during 90 degree days, and the bed was comfortable. Bryan was kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. We’ll definitely rent again.

Bryan is an excellent host. This was our first ever RV rental, and he walked us through all the important components. The unit we rented was an older (2005) one, but the price reflected that fairly. Well provisioned with all basic provisions. Clean inside and out. Nearly everything worked as intended. Minor annoyance was no house door shade, but we made do. Main drawbacks were mostly age related--it was noisy on the road, combination of E450 suspension and loose parts inside and out from vibration over the years. The roads in upstate NY and Vermont were definitely a contributing factor. I will probably rent from Bryan again i the future, but will opt for a newer unit.
