We are a family owned and operated. I have been a camper since I was knee high to a grasshopper, in South Africa. Moving to the United States in my late years, getting married to my beautiful wife, and having two wonderful kids, who decided to camp in the garage in a tent we got off Craigslist, few fun camps we decided to try to camp at a real campground. Well that did not work out wonderful as planned, and got rained on so bad we abandoned the tent. Few days later we bought our first popup camper, that was the start of our fun family camping adventures. Few years later we decided to upgrade to a travel trailer and this is where the next part of the journey starts.

This was a very first for us and an unconventional “camping” experience as it was in our own backyard! We needed additional sleeping space when our out of town adult kids came for a visit. Our daughter and her family preferred not to make the drive from a New Albany hotel several times daily during this trip. ADVENTURE BOUND RENTALS came to our rescue. They were very patient working with us, we had absolutely no knowledge of campers. We opted for delivery and pickup which went very well. We had some questions during the rental time and they were answered quickly. We also asked to extend the pickup time by one day when travel plans changed and were grateful they were able to extend the rental. We hope to rent again in November. If camping is your thing and you’re looking for a company to rent from we can certainly recommend ADVENTURE BOUND RENTALS.

This was our first time in 5 years renting from Adventure Bound Rentals and from the beginning our experience was far better than renting from other companies. The camper was properly set up, everything was extremely clean, everything worked properly and necessary kitchenware and linens were provided so we didn't have to pack all those extras! All communications were responded to quickly and efficiently. We appreciated the upfront costs without the hidden fees and the automated door locks to keep our stuff secure.

the overall experience exceeded our expectations
The camper was setup as agreed at the appropriate location.
Everything worked.
HVAC, Plumbing, lighting, stereo, all performed.

There should be a manual to show us the features of the RV and how to use them. We had no info and we needed help to use certain features. We asked others that had RVs next to us. The fireplace did not work and the switch was not in the correct position for us to run off of the battery. We feel a partial refund is due.
