RV drove well, but the overall condition of the rig is awful. The seats are chipping and cracking and would constantly chip off onto us, the floor and if the windows were open it would fly all over the place. I was constantly sweeping the mess up, and sweeping if out of the drivers area was a huge pain. It was EVERYWHERE. If we had known this we never would have rented this vehicle. It’s dated and not worth the amount charged. Also, renter didn’t meet us at drop-off and we got a surprise charge of $800 that we are disputing, but renter refuses to contact us or outdoorsy back.

My wife, daughter, and her two 5 year old twins took a trip from KC to Johnson Shut Ins in eastern Missouri. We had reserved another RV but they asked us to cancel as they were moving and as you can imagine very busy. Colin had an opening on short notice and we reserved his coach especially due to the bunks for the twins. Everything major in the coach worked perfectly, water heater, stove, microwave, shower, fridge, AC, Furnace, etc. And it drove really nice on the 5.5 hour trip to our campsite even during the rain on twisty backroads. Colin was great to work with and we certainly would reserve from him again!

Colin is very professional and courteous. The RV is in excellent condition and very clean. It was a pleasure to rent from Colin. He is very accommodating and reasonable. I look forward to renting from him again!

We had a great experience!!! The windows were so clean that my wife kept thinking they were down. Collin was very thorough with the walk through and how the vehicle worked. We will most definitely rent from him again. Thank you Collin for a wonderful experience!!!
