Easy and timely communication. RV was clean. However, the awning is broken and the hot water did not work, which was a huge inconvenience. We could not get the temperature in the fridge right. Food was either melting in the freezer or freezing in the refrigerator.
In addition, the listing says to "just bring your clothes" indicating the RV is well equipped for several days of camping. Sadly, the amenities were sorely lacking:
Only two bath towels and one hand towel in bathroom
No kitchen towels
No sponge (the only sponge was used and in a bin with cleaning supplies and a dust broom).
One metal spoon for eating. The rest of the "silverware" was plastic and minimal (only forks and knives) and in a dirty, used bag.
The can opener barely worked.
There was no dish or bath soap, only a dirty 1/4 full hand soap.
Only one very large pot for cooking that also had to be used as a bowl as there were no bowls of any kind for food prep or service. If you wanted a salad AND pasta for dinner, you were out of luck.

We will not be renting this RV again, which is sad as a little effort would make this a nice unit.

Excellent communication.
We were very late and I thought they would yell at us but they were calm and understanding.
Easy to use RV. We forgot to ask about the awning and heat…so could not use it but everything else was fine.

Host patiently explained everything to this 1st-time RV renter and made sure that we knew what to do to make the most of our experience. Everything in the RV was in good working condition, it drove smoothly, and our experience was problem-free. Great amenities included (chairs, stepping stool, various utensils, mat). Thanks!

We had a wonderful trip in Courtney and Michael’s RV! We camped at Mt. Bachelor for four nights and enjoyed every moment of it. Quick note: the 110V outlets only work if the generator is on or if the vehicle is plugged into shore power, so make sure to charge up your phones/laptops before quiet hours begin!
