We had a wonderful experience!! Jeralee was very responsive to pre-trip questions and one question we had during our stay. For first time campers, this could not have been a better experience. The RV is also pretty great!! Lots of storage

The RV meet our needs and was comfortable and had everything we needed - we needed to bring everything and it would help if there were a few ‘basics’ provided, like leveling wood or plastic pieces, an extension cord since you never get to park close to the hook up in most camp grounds, and perhaps a small, folding step stool. I understand it not having any consumables or kitchen stuff - that’s not a problem. It drove fine and everything worked. We were disappointed with the drain on the 12volt battery - and had to start it after a few days, every day - if there was a way to disconnect the TV and radio it could perhaps not suck up the power.
