The trailer was great!! Comfortable, clean and suited our family of four quite well!! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Ted was available for questions, easy to talk to, and very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure our trip went smoothly. I highly recommend Ted and his Keystone Outback 😊

Great experience renting from Ted. The trailer was everything as advertised.
Ted did an amazing job setting it in place which was not easy in our narrow location.
The only thing that went wrong was the shower did not drain properly on the last day, but I'm sure Ted will have this fixed for the next rental.

Nice trailer, really well kept. Ted was awesome to deal with. The trailer was delivered and picked up at the times he promised.

Ted and his wife were a pleasure to deal with. They were very hospitable and accommodating. I had the unit delivered and they set up absolutely everything without adding a ridiculous amount of extra fees, which was incredibly convenient. This unit is dog friendly (Which was advertised), which is a total bonus for those with animals, while those without might find that it has a bit of a dog friendly odour. Regardless worth the money, we had a great experience. Thank you!

Fantastic trailer, nice interior. Unfortunately there was a lingering odour from the owner's dogs in the trailer. Otherwise everything worked well and was comfortable.

We rented Teds RV trailer to camp in Algonquin Park in March. Ted was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Prompt on replying to texts and very accommodating with our schedule. Very patient when explaining the ‘how to’s’. The trailer was clean and incredibly spacious with generous storage space for our coats and boots and very important

No issues whatsoever, everything ran beautifully, and the RV stayed warm with the furnace kicking in on cold nights (one being -15 degrees Celsius). Even though all facilities were on board, we used the comfort station a couple sites away for the bathroom/shower. Also to fill water jugs to use in the RV for cooking dinner, coffee etc, very easy! (‘in winter’ can’t use running water from taps in the RV trailer due to freezing temperatures)
The stove worked better than ours at home!
Ted and Jen are wonderful people we would definitely rent from them again in the future. Had a fantastic experience camping in their Trailer and dealing with them!

We had the pleasure of renting Ted’s trailer in August 2019. Ted delivered the trailer to our destination, and it was delivered clean and on-time. Never having rented or owned a trailer, we had many questions. We found Ted to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, always responsive and exceptionally helpful. We would absolutely rent from Ted again in the future.

Family of four. Our sons first trip. We had a great time and the rv was perfect. Ted was very friendly and ready to help if there are any questions. Rv was newer so was very nice, everything works and Ted keeps very clean.

Had a great experience. No issues or complaints at all. Ted was very courteous and welcoming. He even delivered and picked up the trailer to and from the site. Provided us a generator and was always easy to reach when questions presented them selves. would highly recommend!
