Had an amazing trip with this RV! Brook was super helpful and made everything easy and smooth from booking, pick up, and drop off. He was also there for any questions I had on the trip. The RV was very nice and had everything we wanted and more. Highly recommend!

If could give this renter a negative star rating I would.
One third of the equipment on the rig was not working. The water heater did not work, we were unable to switch water sources so we could not dry camp.
Screws were falling out of ceiling fan housings, sink mounts were becoming detached, handles on refrigerator were falling off.
I would not rent from Sj Property LLC (Brook Swientisky). His equipment is crap.

Thanks for the review Jerry.So we can set things straight, Jerry failed to mention that he actually crashed my Rig resulting in damage down the entire passengers side of the vehicle, a broken awing, 9+ chips in the windshield, the kitchen sink hanging from 1 of 3 epoxied grommets and the trap, ceiling light/fan hanging from 2 of 4 screws and a broken handle on the fridge when everything in it was propelled so forcefully towards the fridge door the latch broke in multiple pieces. All of which caused me the great displeasure of canceling 2 months worth of pre-booked reservations during peak season.When the water control valve locked up during pre-rental orientation, as noted on the departure documents and prior to departure I credited him 1 nights rental because I felt bad. Jerry admitted he wasn't worried about the valve since he had no plans on dry camping. He also switched the water heater to cleaning mode the 2nd night, doing exactly what he was instructed NOT to do in the pre-rental orientation, which was to turn the water heater to cleaning mode, requiring a 15 min operation to reset. BTW I sent Jerry directions to reset the heater within 10 minutes of hearing about the issue. The instructions were also in the RV with all of the manuals.
