As this being the first time renting a RV, I couldn't have asked for it to have been any better. Out the gate awesome customer service. The walk through and run down of the trailer and How To's was Great. Went over everything and in a proficient way that was simple, quick and left you with no questions of how to do something... The trailer was great the trip. Due to this they have gained a repeat customer the next time I take a trip with my kids. If ever asked if I know where to or who to rent an RV from I'll tell them to find them on outdoorsy and find them. If this trailer doesn't fit the trips need, they have others that I'm sure will meet your needs. Thank you for being awesome and helping me and my daughters have a great trip. They loved sleeping in the RV.

Oksana and Leon are experienced RV'ers and the care and attention to detail they put into their equipment shows. This little Toy Hauler was near perfect for our 12 day trip. They delivered the RV right on time at the beginning of our vacation and gave us a full run-down of every system and known issue. It made our adventure with the RV a smooth sailing.
The unit may seem small in the pictures but it had more than adequate space for our two e-Bikes, scads of clothing bins, and two weeks' worth of food. I opted to use my own 2200w gennie instead of the 3kw option; it was enough to run the A/C but not that plus the refrigerator. Lesson learned, next time I will get a larger gennie or just rent theirs.
