John is a great host and very helpful. Easy communication and responds very promptly. We accidentally booked a site with no power and still had a wonderful experience!

First time renting a trailer and I would definitely do it again. John responded to all communications quickly. He delivered the trailer to our campsite and setup. The trailer was clean and well kept, everything in working order.

John was an excellent host and very flexible and understanding! Despite the trailer being older, it was in perfect condition and had everything we needed to have a great weekend off-grid, we’re especially thankful for the lithium battery he provided for us. Very rare to find on Outdoorsy! We will definitely be renting from John again :)

John was a pleasure to communicate with. Was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated John's flexibility to accommodate my very specific drop off and pick up times. Thank you John! The trailer itself was clean, dry and comfortable.

Trailer was as advertised, host added in a battery inverter which was great on our non electric site.
