Pick up and drop off was very simple.
We had some issues with the battery. We were 2.5 hours away in the Mojave desert. The owner bought a new battery and drove the 2 1/2 hours to us to install a new battery. And then drove the 2 1/2 hours back home. amazing.
The next day we had a propane regulator issue. He did the same thing. Found and bought a new regulator and drover that same 5 hour round trip to us to install the regulator. First class service!
