This RV was clean, well stocked and the host was very responsive to all of our questions. The only negative was the refrigerator, not good for dry camping. Only ran on electric hook up or generator. The fridge and freezer worked quickly to cool things down. But if your not in a campground with power or want to run the generator constantly, it hard to keep food in the fridge at temperature. Otherwise great rv for family of four! Well maintained and easy to drive!

We had a great road trip with Jennifer’s camper van !

This motor home is great! Jennifer is easy to communicate with, and super flexible with drop off and pick up times and offered two different locations as an option. The motor home has a lot of supplies and she gives things like sleeping bags and kitchen ware. There was no shower and the center counsel didn’t work. There was also rattling from something hanging from the bottom of the car, not affecting the driving but noticeable.

The camper van ran perfectly! Jennifer was awesome and very flexible with our trip.

Never ever rent this van even if it was your last choice. Very unhappy with this experience.
1) Jennifer didn’t meet us when it’s time to pick up the van.
2) we didn’t not sign anything before we take the van. She left the key for us and she said she will call us to explain how everything work but she didn’t.
3) Every time we text her she doesn’t respond at all.
4) we didn’t know how most of the stuff work in her Van.
5) The battery died and we were stuck in the desert for 3 hour, asking random people to help us charge the van. We called Jennifer 10 TIMES AND SHE DID NOT RESPOND.
6) Outdoorsy agents kept saying “we are sorry and sorry “ and they didn’t do anything to help us. They could not even think about calling the host to figure out something.

The perfect van for a road trip across Arizona - the owner couldn’t be more lovely and helpful with any queries though out my trip! Would absolutely rent again if I was back in the state.

Van is perfect size for a solo traveler. Great gas mileage and all the features needed. The solar panel for the external battery is a plus so you never have to worry about charging it. No AC other than when driving so be conscious of that during the warm months.

The van was perfect for a solo trip! It's easy to drive and park, it was clean (the sheets smelled great!), the bed was comfy, there's no gray water tank to fuss with, and I had everything I needed to cook meals. Not much storage, so pack light! Jennifer met me at the airport and off I went! I had an AMAZING trip. Unfortunately, I woke up to a dead battery on three mornings, despite being vigilant about making sure all lights were off. When I messaged Jennifer that the van had died, and I had to get a jump, she didn't respond. After the third time, I asked Jennifer is she was sure the power bank ran fully off of solar, wanting to make sure the cooler/stove wasn't draining the van's battery, and she said she wasn't sure. It feels important to know, since it's a safety issue, especially while camping alone. She didn't tell me there were jumper cables under the bench until I asked after the third dead battery. I know these things happen, batteries die, but I was hoping for better communication when safety was at stake.

I had the most amazing trip with Jennifer’s van! She was so flexible with pick up and drop off times and the van has everything I needed for a week long solo road trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better vehicle.
