I was hoping to meet the host but 2 days before my trip he said he wouldn't be there. There was no service whenever I got to the RVs destination so I did a quick walk around and thru and the only damage I saw were scratches on passenger seat behind, I took a picture of it an proceeded. Whenever we got to Sara's campground in Erie PA. We hooked up to everything ( water, cable electric.) when I was inside RV by sink near middle of RV I smelled smoke an turned around. Here behind the TV on top bunk above driving area is a house multiple outlet set that had black smoke on it an had a 2 foot flame!! I immediately told the campground worker to turn off power from the hookup! While this was happening I grabbed a small hand towel an grabbed the two phone chargers the host had jammed together that were on fire 🔥 , an thru them out the RV to prevent an RV fire!! I have two burns on my hand an as a result I could go swimming in the lake that I paid a lotta money to swim in. There was no hot water , I tried turning propane on plus turning on the hot water/ propane button left on for an hour, still no hot water, the doors hinge was broken an never repainted, these are the more severe problems there were also many more. To make this trip a nightmare!! The host would not open door to interact with me about my RV experience so I'm guessing probably expected I bad journey B4 I ever picked up RV. Worst vacation ever!!

We made our reservations at the very last minute and I still can't believe how smooth and easy Holly made everything for us. The RV was everything that it said it was and more. It was super easy to drive and we made the trip from Pennsylvania to Georgia and back with not a single problem . We will be planning another trip soon.

My wife and I had a blast enjoying the changing leaf colors in the Western Pennsylvania region for the full week we had the RV. Holly was fantastic at communicating with us through the whole rental experience. The trip was absolutely wonderful!

Holly was so kind, and made my first outdoorsy easy! We had the best time using their RV to allow our 3 small kiddos space to relax on a long trip. The RV was very clean, and nice (just like the pictures) I missed it when I dropped it off 😆

Renting this RV was a bucket list trip for our family. Holly was extremely helpful in answering all our questions and ensuring we had a great trip.

The camper was very clean! It was a great experience to rent from Holly. The pickup and drop off was quick and easy. I'd rent this camper again!
