About Cindy's RV rentals
Our family moved to Alaska in 2002 and wanted to experience the beauty of Alaska and the outdoors. We especially love to camp and fish. Our nice, clean 2004 24' Chalet is ready for the Alaskan wilderness. We want to make this experience comfortable and enjoyable for you and your family. It is wonderful for a small family, group of friends or even a solo driver looking for an Alaska adventure. It can fit 4-6 people but 4-5 comfortably.

12 days, 1,100 miles wandering between Denali & Homer everything worked well for us. Communication & attitude was excellent.

The RV was as described. It handles like a truck of that age would be expected to handle. Cindy was great at communication and accommodating when we had an issue arise. The only negatives are: The clean water was not entirely full when we picked up (it was on 3/4); The RV has a radiator hose to pop off, and with help of a passer by we got it back on (could’ve done this myself with a basic toolkit but we didn’t have one on board); a previous camper had put fish in the freezer and we were left to deal with the smell (Cindy was unaware that the camper had done so—-there is a reason they ask renters not to put fish in the camper.
Overall, this was a good fit for out camping needs and we would rent it again.

Cindy and Uban were pleasant, enthusiastic people who were very helpful and easy to work with. They were flexible on pickup and drop off times, which were determined by our flight schedules.

Very nice experience. Good running driving rig nice folks to work with. Had a vacation of a lifetime. Put 1000+ miles on over mountain passes. Ran good and strong good brakes. Also we had 4of us. RV had nice layout. Was comfortable. For 4. Would recommend this RV.

This was our family’s first RV experience ever and it was nightmarish. Owner didn’t spend much time explaining the RV to us and as soon as we drove off the driveway we smelled sewage at every sharp turn and up and down the hill. We bought hold tank solution to get rid of the smell, but it didn’t help. Other issues came up during our trip such as grey water backed up when only 2/3 full and fresh water light showed empty when it wasn’t. Additionally, the suspension was so bad that it was very difficult to control the RV during driving which made us think that it wasn’t safe at times, especially with high winds. We rented the RV for 2 weeks, but had to return it after 8 days as we could no longer tolerate the problems. Thanks Goodness owner let us return the RV with full refund for unused days + one day free for our troubles.
