Although John was very easy to work with, the trailer was not ready to be towed safely in my opinion. The distribution bars kept falling off as soon as the trailer was taken off the lot. The electric brakes did not work and had to be adjusted before we loaded the trailer for our Glamis trip. Thank you for giving us the chance to still rent with you but please make sure the trailer is safe and ready for tow.
