Thank you, Trisha for allowing us to use your RV! This was our first time renting an RV and we had the most enjoyable, memorable, and fun first time RV ‘camping’ experience in Florida. Trisha did a nice job with the initial walk-through of how to use everything. Trisha, was very friendly, responsive, helpful, and flexible. The RV fitted all 3 of us comfortably. The couch can sleep 1 teenager. The bed above the driver/passenger area can fit 1 adult and the main bed can fit 1 to 2 adults. There is a TV that you can watch DVD's, unless you have your own personal hotspot or the campsite has a cable connection. Though there is a microwave and oven...we only used the top of the stove and the air fryer that came with the RV to cook food and that worked out great. The shower fits up to a average adult size...I would not suggest a person that is overweight because it will not be enough room to turn around in the shower and bend over, etc. A few kinks popped up but we were able to work around or fix them. Unfortunately, our recent RV rental encountered a significant mechanical breakdown on Day 7 of our 7 day trip. Heading back to Virginia, we stopped at a store in North Carolina, to get some ice, and the RV would not start. Contacted Outdoorsy and the RV host immediately. The host was initially helpful in trying to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. However, a tow was needed to the nearest repair shop. Our vacation was pretty much over, we just had to travel back to Virginia. Outdoorsy staff reserved a mid-size rental car for us at Enterprise. The tow truck guy dropped the RV off at the repair shop and then dropped us off at enterprise rental. When we arrived at the rental car location, we were told they had no available mid-size or large-size cars available. Outdoorsy only uses enterprise rental car companies. So, we had to call other rental car companies in the area but there were no cars available that could fit all of our things in it from the RV, until the next day after 11 AM. Outdoorsy staff, said I would be reimbursed, since I had to pay for the rental car. We reached out to a relative nearby and stayed at her house until the next day, to pickup our rental car and drive back to Virginia. The breakdown caused us to miss work the next day because there were no rental cars available. It was determined the RV would not start because the fuel pump needed to be replaced. The host filed a internal damage claim with Outdoorsy reporting the RV sustained interior damages during our rental period. Interior damages are not covered by Outdoorsy insurance. As the renter, we are solely responsible for interior damages, unless you add that coverage separately. However, outdoorsy denied the claim and the host is responsible for the fuel pump and any necessary repairs. We are still grateful for the experience and glad the RV did not breakdown while in Florida and would definitely do another RV tip again.

The RV performed as expected. Host was very accommodating and flexible as far as pickup and return of the vehicle.

Trish is great! So nice and informative. Anytime I texted her with a question, she responded so quickly. We had a great time in the RV, very comfy too! Definitely recommend!!

We had an amazing experience with this RV. Drove all the way to Maine and back with no issues at all. Felt at home, slept great! Clean and fully loaded with everything you need! Trisha was quick to answer all our questions and was very helpful throughout our trip!

My husband & I had a wonderful time renting Trisha’s RV. Everything was described accurately and Trisha was always available, if we needed her. Was a great rig to travel cross country with. VERY comfortable mattress on the bed. Would def rent from Trisha again and recommend her to everyone 😊

Fabulous adventure! RV was flawless. Drove and handles very well. Had everything we needed, prepacked. Immaculate. Hosts were great and there for us to answer any questions.

We all had an awesome time! We really appreciate how Trisha had the RV stocked with essential items which helped us out a lot because we definitely left some stuff at home by accident 😅 haha. We would definitely rent again for another adventure in the future! Thanks Trisha!
