I was so happy to have found Laura and her RV here on Outdoorsy. Everything else was way in Denver and this was so much more convenient to us here in Northern Colorado. From my first inquiry to the last return of the RV, Laura was a gem to work with the whole way. Always there to answer my questions and listen to my stories. Always just a text away! I think it makes a difference that she owns the vehicle and sees it as her letting me use her house. I respected the RV so much more. I will rent from her again and hope others get to enjoy her RV as well - except hopefully not on the dates I would rent again. :-)

Laura was absolutely wonderful to work with! Her RV was exactly as described and worked flawlessly for us during our trip. Laura was very prompt responding to any and all of our questions before and after renting from her. She is very professional and very kind. In fact, I wish I had friends who were as kind and considerate as Laura was through this process.

We had an amazing trip to Yellowstone and Banff. The RV was very clean and ran great. Everything worked like a charm. We were able to go everywhere we wanted and find parking since the RV is 24 feet. Laura always communicates immediately. She’s upbeat and friendly. We would rent from her again and again.

We had a great time. Everyone specially the grandkids love the RV. The pick up place and time was very easy and convenient. We had problems with the TV not sure if it was the TV or us. Laura communicated quickly by text about 10 different ideas on how to get it to work. Never figured it out -:(. But we played games instead which was better !! She is great to work with and communicate with. We will definitely rent from her again when the grandkids are ready for another trip ! The RV is the right size you can take it in parking lot easy and filling stations easy but you have plenty a room for four to eat and sleep ! The hook ups are easy to work with and the gauges were very easy to see. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in ,but ,maybe it was because I was tired of chasing grandkids? ! I don’t think anyone would have any trouble renting this RV in the future .

This was our first time using Outdoorsy, and it was a fantastic experience. Laura was so nice, and provided an awesome walkthrough of the unit and all of its instructions before departure. The motor home was awesome for our family of three. It worked wonderfully for our camping trip, and we will definitely be renting again with Outdoorsy, and with Laura if possible!
