My wife, my dog Scout, and I took a cross country road trip with our R-Pod. We racked up 5000 miles, 16 states and 4 weeks of wonderful memories. It was our first time in the RV for longer than an overnight and BOY - was it ever a learning experience! Word to the wise - avoid the Vail mountain pass in Colorado if hairpins, high altitudes, and tunnels make you nervous. See you on the road!

We booked the camper as an additional bedroom while we were visiting friends. My husband, our dog, and I were thankful to have our own little sanctuary.We had the camper delivered and set up. Jake and his wife were so patient and gracious as our friends scrambled to find an adequate plug and the walkthrough was helpful as first-time-campers. Jake was extremely responsive with coordination of drop off/delivery, pick up, and the duration of our stay, responding within 5 minutes each time. It was one of those steamy, swampy weekends topping at 98°F with humidity and the only hiccup was when the AC maxed out. We were told to disconnect from power for 15 mins and we were back to our cool little sanctuary.For a couple and a dog, we had adequate storage and space. The murphy bed and additional dinette bed were the perfect set up for us. We were mostly using the camper just to sleep, change, and to use the facilities. We typically like firm mattresses with foam pillows, yet we found the bed very comfortable with the topper, pillows were supportive yet plushy. The kitchen was well-stocked, the decor was simple yet homey, and there were handy hooks where needed. Our dog, who loves hotels felt at home, even with the infrequent t-storms and random fireworks.

Jake is an excellent host! The exerience of renting from him was completely positive. The trailer was very clean and well-appointed. It was our first experience renting a camper-trailer. Also our first experience camping! We has a fantastic time and we plan on renting from Jake in the future.

Jake is the best. I had a host of problems on timing and Jake was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The camper, Lovely Lucy, lived up to her name—clean and gleaming. One thing crucial to us really old guys in a camper is the mattress. I was expecting a cheap motel mattress but I got a very comfortable one. Five stars.

Great rental from start to finish. Jake was very responsive leading up to the day of pickup and ensured I was comfortable with the RV before departing. Let me tell you, this has RV has everything you need for an enjoyable trip. Chairs, games, toiletries, kitchenware, etc... The unit was clean and and its very evident that Jake has taken care of the RV. If you are looking for an easy tow and comfortable RV, this is the one. I will rent again.

Wonderful overall experience! As RV newbies, we were pleased with Jake’s communication, explanations, and support. Through no fault of theirs, we experienced reduced water flow in faucets but the toilet and shower worked fine. Jake researched and resolved the issue quickly and apologized profusely for any inconvenience. Highly recommend Lovely Lucy and her owners!

We absolutely enjoyed Lovely Lucy. Perfect size for couple. The hosts made the experience enjoyable as they thought of all the little details and things needed will camping. I would definitely recommend this beautiful rig and would rent again.

Outstanding! Totally fell in love with Lucy! :) The most beautiful Airbnb on wheels! Lush accommodations, a million amenities, SPOTLESS and super easy to maneuver!
Jake & his wife have thought of every detail - everything you could possibly need & more!
They provided a very thorough walkthrough, a helpful guest book with cheat sheet and made themselves available to answer any questions along the way.
Sooo so grateful for their incredible hospitality. We are already excited for our next adventure!
