Mitch is a great communicator and a good guy. However, we were dismayed, on the day to pick up our RV, the drivers side of the windshield had a large crack in the drivers field of vision. We were told they had tried to get it replaced, but…We suggested it get replaced somewhere during our stays and gave them the location, however, it was determined to be “to difficult”. In fairness, the owner reimbursed us $100 for the inconvenience, but since this was a large crack, causing sun/glare problems during our 24 day trip I think $100 is an inadequate reimbursement.
There were other technical problems within the RV -not all nightshades could be closed, toilets dump system had something wrong with it, making it impossible for us to use, the windshield washer didn’t work, the up front mounted TV fell off after our first day of driving as it was definitely inadequately mounted with enough screws (we fixed ourself). The toilet hose wasn’t adequately cleaned out prior t o our rental causing us to be unable to use .
So, all in all, I have mixed feelings about this rental. The RV is 8 years old, and I wont expect everything to be perfect. I liked Mitch, and his usual quick replies to our inquiries. I’m just surprised they allowed this RV to be rented out with the windshield problem and didn’t fight for the owner to give us a large reimbursement amount given its size. Other technical problems, although annoying, weren’t a big deal except for the toilet usage which was a huge annoyance and caused us extra $ as we had to pay for every overnight stay that had access to a public toilet.

We had a wonderful experience with Outdoorsy and with our host 4Wide Storage in Medina. We are already looking forward to next year to do this again.

The host was great, we’ve never been in an RV before he went over everything with us from top to bottom! He was very helpful and I had his personal number if anything was needed! The trip was great, I’ve always wanted to take the family on a trip in the RV and my son and his wife and my two grandchildren went my daughter and her husband and my wife and myself! The RV it was spacious, clean and very accommodating for everything we needed. It was very easy to handle on the road.

This van was perfect for our trip to florida ! The bathroom made the 14 hour trip very convenient ! It was comfortable and the captains chairs had car seat hooks for the littles to travel safely. Great communication from the owners ! Highly recommend !

Rented an RV from Drew. Drove smooth and was the perfect vehicle to travel to an out of town tournament. Comfortable seating for 5. Drew was great in every explanation and ease of service. Very clean vehicle with no hidden surprises. Perfect trip, perfect vehicle, percect experience.
