We love travel! We've been on countless road trips and love seeing new places. Our kids have become wonderful little travelers which has provided some of the most magical experiences and a lot of chaos if we're being honest.

if you found this RV and this family look no further. they go above and beyond to make sure your trip is the best it can be. rent the RV stay in their Air BnB and you will love it and it is so convenient. We recommend them VERY highly.

We recently rented this RV for our 2-week trip through the Tetons, Yellowstone, Arches, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef. I looked at a lot of campers and felt this was the best value. I should have considered this was a 2007 (12-year-old vehicle), and that it might have some issues due to age. As a camper owner myself, I was disappointed with the small things that should have been attended to before we picked up the RV. Screws missing/falling out of cabinet doors, generator issue, no way to charge phones while driving, broken screen, black water hose leak (health hazard), dents/damage in camper, and general outside being clean. I had to buy some missing/needed parts to operate the water system on two separate occasions, and the water hose needed to be longer to reach a couple connections safely.
Our major issue was that the AC on the engine broke 4 days into the trip. It was huge issue spending time on my vacation taking the RV to multiple shops for service (none of them could help us, so it was wasted time), and generally being miserable while driving. Be aware that there is no repair service through Outdoorsy; even with insurance, your time will be tied up in trying to manage the problem.
The owners expressed their frustration about not being able to help us while on the road, which we appreciated. However, when it was time to return the RV, they were not available to meet us. Instead we were directed to take the camper to a repair shop and to let the mechanic know about all the problems. We would have liked some face-to-face time to discuss the issues.
The pros to this rental are related to how well stocked it was. We had bedding, towels, cooking supplies, and just about anything you could need while camping. This was really helpful and much appreciated. The owners were also very friendly when we picked the RV up.
Outdoorsy and the Owner did try to accommodate our issues, including giving us partial credit for the rental (after some haggling), but we felt more could have been done. Communication was slow while on the road; I had to follow up couple times to get answers.
Overall, we did not have the best experience with this RV. With some routine maintenance and regular repairs, it might work for someone in the future.

Great experience for our first time using Outdoorsy and using an RV for that matter. These guys were great to work with and our experience couldn’t have been better! Would do it over and over again!

We had a great family trip to Moab, UT. We visited Arches, Canyonlands, and Goblin Valley State park. The RV was comfortable and well stocked with necessary bedding and cooking equipment. For our first RV experience it was definitely an A+. I would have given a five in the mechanical, but the windshield wipers needed to be replaced.

McKell and hubby were awesome to work with. Complete overview prior to renting which was great. McKell answered all my questions quickly even the crazy ones :) Definitely fully stocked ... I would highly recommend them.

We had a great time! They aren't kidding when they say the RV is fully stocked. All we had to bring was our clothes and food!

This was on our bucket list so overall glad we did it. Mckell and hubby were great to work with. No problems. I just wish we weren't so prone to car sickness bc the ride was pretty bumpy and loud. If we were in the front seat it was fine but we had 4 other kids to deal with too. Just beware. We are happy for the memories made over 2400 miles in a week.
