Hello! My husband Tim and I are very lucky to live in the tourist destination of Charleston, OR near fishing, crabbing, dune riding, hiking, kayaking, you name it! We love our community and all that it has to offer. We love to go camping here on the coast, inland near Oregon's many waterfalls, or visit our family in California. This couple is apparently new to renting a recreational vehicle. The camper was minimally stocked without even a towel to dry dishes, no floor mats and no cooking utensils, pots or pans. There was a roll of paper towels on a hook, but it's position meant the towels had to be taken down to open the microwave, which was not easy. I was advised that Outdorsey recommended the awning not be used, but discovered it appeared the real reason was that the awning was beginning to rot and had holes in it. I received a text about an hour before the camper was set to arrive telling me the heater and AC were not working and that the owners had placed temporary units in the camper. The AC, which I did not need, was especially inconvenient and blocked the limited seating area. It also appeared to contradict the owner's insinuation that this was a recent problem.

Hi Brad,
I wish you’d reached out during your stay so we could’ve helped you find everything you needed. As explained at check-in, 6-piece cookware set is under the sink, utensils in the second drawer, and towels/mats in the third. Our pre-trip checklist (sent about 10 days before arrival) also notes that bath towels and pillows aren’t included. When you mentioned forgetting your pillow, I offered to grab one for you, but you declined. We were upfront that the awning isn't working and that damaged awnings aren't covered Outdoorsy's insurance policy, and that temporary AC/heat units were installed for your safety and comfort while waiting on a replacement part. The overhead unit is already fixed. I’m truly sorry for your recent loss and the hard time you're going through but in the future, please reach out as we as hosts are here to help you! - Ciera & Tim

We had a great experience for our first trip to the Oregon coast. They dropped it off to our campsite and got everything hooked up and set up for us and then walked us through everything in the RV. It was very nice to be able to go out and play and have our own little place to come back to and relax.

Everything was great except for the fridge did not get as cool as we wanted it to. By the time we noticed it not cooling, it was the end of our short 2 night campout. Owners were easy to communicate with and very kind. They were very punctual as well. Thank you all for the great service.

Communication with the Couple renting the unit was easy and convenient with prompt responses. We decided to have the trailer delivered and picked up which gave us the ability to bring another toy along.. The Trailer was well stocked with essentials for trailer camping and we need to buy nothing extra to stay other that food and clothes...

The owners, Ciera & Tim are fabulous. They delivered the trailer to our camp site and fully set it up. We just had to move in. Then, they came back and picked up the trailer. Definitely made camping easy. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Overall great experience! Ciera and Tim were excellent to work with, easy communications, and made sure we had everything we needed for a fun trip. Would highly recommend and would happily rent from again! RV was very nice, super comfortable, and had every amenity one could ask for in a camping trip. Thank you again for everything!
