Great service and Arlok was available for me to call and answer questions. Very happy and satisfied with setup and service, really appreciated all aspects of the booking and weekend. Would not hesitate to rent again through Outdoorsy.

The trailer does not stay cool. We tried two generators with same results. If you are renting make sure you have a full electrical hookup or it is a sauna. The refrigerator stayed cool but air conditioner does not cool the unit.
Nice trailer. Needs a few things fixed. Back of bench on kitchen needs to be rescrewed and all lights need to be double checked that they work
As long as you have a full hookup it should be fine. 4 people it was crowded I would not recommend more than that unless they are little kids.

The good !
The ac was ice cold, the main bed and couch were super comfy ! The unit had extra sheets and towels !!! The main areas were clean.

This was such an amazing first experience. The only thing that was missing was a dust pan/boom/swiffer. That can be easily solved with a quick walmart trip but we didnt realize until after we shopped!! All in all 10/10 experience for me and my family

Everything was great, the RV was in perferct conditions and the technical support I received was outstanding. It was my first time driving an RV and I have to call the manager several times during the trip to get basic information about how to operate the facilities, and he was always helpful.

The hosts went above and beyond to make the camper as comfortable as possible for guests. They were so helpful and we're great at communicating. Would definitely rent from them again!

I had a awesome experience with Big lick rental. Delivered on time they setup and pick up. The camper was clean and ready for use. Totally recommend this company for RV rental!

The unit we reserved needed to be serviced, so Big Lick provided a newer unit they had just acquired. It had some major issues which caused us some inconvenience.

They really tried to make things work but a few things went wrong. We rented 2 RVs. We were told one RV would arrive the day before we needed it so we could arrive early. When we arrived at lunch time the air conditioning in RV was not working and it was 90 some degrees that day. The campground GM took us to a cool space and bought us lunch. The air conditioner cut off constantly without reaching the desired temperature and didn’t come back on until after manually adjusting. There was no hot water until the next day they determine the pilot light would not work and were able to fix it. I had to call them again bc the door lock would not work. We also had to slam the door 3 times to get it to shut. Everything was clean but I had an allergic reaction and had to sleep in my truck all three nights after calling 911 the first night. They said the hook ups would be all done for us but water backed up in sink and shower so at 11:00 at night I had to wake my husband to empty the gray water tank. The same thing happened to the second RV the night before. The refrigerator in the second RV was not cooling so my daughter put food in the freezer the first night. The owner and Katie were very nice and worked with us concerning all the issues. We have a 5th wheel so we knew what to do when the water backed up in the sink and shower but my daughter didn’t know what to do. Sorry to report these things. The RVs are nice and they help when you call.
