Our trip in the Lotus Van was amazing! We had everything we needed and the small touches inside the van were perfect for our mini getaway. The last place we stopped was at Grover beach and it was so cool to be right on the sand with the doors open and the sun shining. We're definitely renting this again soon!

The Lotus van is beautiful designed but most of the functions we paid for didn’t work. When we collected the van nobody explained and showed the features of it because the host said the instructions were on a manual book inside the van. (inside the manual we didn’t find any important information, for example how to switch on the heating and the gas, that was not easy at all)
When we started our trip we realized that most of the electrical functions didn’t work: all the plugs, the fridge and the Wi-Fi (since the electricity did not work).
We immediately advised the owner who apologized about these problems and said that an electrician would check it when we will be back.
So, basically, we paid for some devices we didn’t have at all. We expected a refund but they propose us just 100$ that I think it is a joke , completely ridiculous for an 820$ rental of less than 2 days!
