Kristina and her husband were great hosts. It was our first time renting an RV and we didn't know anything about them or camping for that matter. Upon receiving the RV they took time to get us acquainted with their RV, give us tips and before that trip, told us everything we would need to ensure we had a comfortable trip with our kids. The RV looked exactly like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. We had our 2 toddlers and they were happy as clams sitting in their car seats watching movies during the drive, probably the best road trip yet with them lol. We had a few hiccups like that coffee maker not working but we honestly couldn't tell if that was user error or not. They were very flexible with us on return time and even when we came back much later than expected, they were very gracious about it. I would recommend them as hosts to anyone!

The motor home was in tip top shape and very clean. I would rent it again tomorrow!

The host was very communicative throughout the entire experience. Response times were great. The RV was as described. Great experience for me and my family.

Our trip was awesome.
Best part was our first RV experience made possible by Kristina and her husband. Our rental experience was great, they were so accommodating and most especially patient with our zero knowledge about RV’s .
Will definitely rent again through outdoorsy.
I was so glad they had an option for the dumping part but I am sure we would have learned it , too. Next time definitely 👍
