We enjoyed our experience with the trailer. Our questions were answered quickly. The trailer is an older trailer that definitely shows its wear and tear. Some lights did not work, cushions showed age, bathroom floor uneven and bubbly, and water leaked under bathroom area (not at hoses or connections). Fortunately it was easy to switch the propane tanks. (It was chilly haha). The bed and bedding were clean and comfortable. The fridge and stove worked great. Thank you for an enjoyable time.

We used Heidy's motor home (RV) for some extra room during a cousin's reunion at our river place. Perfect for our needs, as we only needed bed space for 3 big boys. Although it will sleep 8, I would say sleeps 6 comfortably unless you have small children.
Working with Heidy was great, she was responsive and helpful.
Gerard, who delivered and set up the RV, was so nice and put up with my trying to "help" with a smile.
We really didn't use the RV for anything but extra space, so can't comment on much more.

The RV was very nice and the host was great. The only complaint I have is that the mattress on the bed needs to be upgraded.

RV was supposed to be delivered at 2pm but they were unable to deliver it. They reached out and were supposed to have it delivered between 9:30am and 10:30 but there was an issue with the jack on the trailer. I understand that sometimes things happen but these are things that should have been checked out prior to delivery. Unfortunately, the RV didn't arrive until almost 5 which put a damper on things for my mom but we were just glad it arrived. The hot water in the RV never cam on so they had to use the bath house. We are experienced RV'ers and have multiple RV's but unable to take ours since we are transitioning from Texas. We tried to get the hot water going but never could. All in all it was a clean RV but just a hug inconvenience since the nights were very chilly.
