In short, I would rent from John again, no problem. The vehicle was great for our family of 4, on a 27 day trip around the western US. I phoned John 4 times when I had a question or issue, and he answered on 3 of them. The other time he was able to text me an answer in a few minutes. Each time his answers solved the issue. One of the times I called him was at 6:30 AM San Diego time. He took the time to teach me everything beforehand too. There are nicer motorhomes you can rent, but the cost, functionality and John's responsiveness/helpfulness make it easy for me to say there's a ton of value. Like I said, I would rent from John again, for sure.

John Cancelled our reservation by email without any warning! The communication with Outdoorsy is terrible. They just sent an email with the cancellation notice and gave no alternatives for other rentals while withholding a 10% service fee in our refund even though we did not initiate the cancellation.
We must now try to locate another RV for our trip itinerary on extremely short notice. I would not recommend John Ignacio or Outdoorsy.

John’s rig was exactly what we needed for our first RV roadtrip. Powerful, spacey and well equipped for everything we needed on our trip. After one hour driving it, it felt perfectly natural. We’ll book again without hesitation

Serena and Johnny were outstanding. Not only was the RV exactly as described it was immaculately clean, and drove like a dream. Johnny (Serena's husband) spent a good 40+ min with us at pick up, going over in detail how to operate the RV to ensure we had no issues and felt comfortable setting off on a 9 day adventure. Serena was quick to respond to all messages and it was overall the best experience we could have hoped for. I highly recommend!!
