This was our first experience at renting a trailer and it was excellent. Everything went according to plan and Sarah was terrific to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone considering renting and we will be doing it again next tear!

We had a wonderful weekend for a family reunion. Sarah was wonderful to work with and explained everything well. The trailer was clean, well-maintained and fun to have as our overnight accommodations. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from Sarah again!

The camper and the owner was a delight to deal with! Very friendly and quick to reply, which was awesome because I am new to Outdoorsy and wasn't sure how it all worked. I will definitely be contacting Sarah again if we are in need of renting again!

I purchased the delivery and set up option and this is a great idea and well done. Sarah (and girls) were great, explaining the trailer and set up. The book on the trailer's features is a plus. The journal I wish I have filled out more but alas seemed to run out of Time LOL. Barrie KOA is a great spot. clean and well run. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Bob

My family and I have rented this trailer twice now. On both occasions the rental process went extremely smooth. Sarah is always quick to respond to any questions you may have. She is courteous, professional and friendly. The trailer comes loaded with all the amenities you could ever possibly need while camping. It's very clean and everything works as it should. We will definitely rent from Sarah in the future.

Sarah and Jeff were great in their communication and put my mind at easy considering this was my 1st time renting an RV. I was able to get an all-inclusive deal where I could get the unit delivered and include the dump fees....making my vacation simple and sweet! The AC was perfect and trailer served my whole family with no issues. It was a pleasure renting and if we need to rent again I would definitely think of them, and recommend their unit to any family searching for a suitable trailer.

Our experience with Sarah was all positive. Communication was open and friendly. Sarah was very helpful and professional throughout the whole procedure. This was our first experience using Outdoorsy, and our first experience towing a travel trailer. Because it all went so well we would definitely do this again in the future.
