Upon renting the vehicle the first thing we noticed is that it’s much more worn than as shown in the photographs, and was not as clean as one would expect when renting. There were feet prints all over the front windows, dirt and dust everywhere, and generally just wasn’t clean. The back up camera on the van is so dim you can’t see it and when you could, it was so faint that it was worthless. There were quite a few holes in the rooftop tent and miscellaneous tearing of wallpaper and things like that. There were also seatbelt lights, airbag lights and a random error light that were on there when we started our journey, which was not comforting. The driver seat was loose, there was a piece of trim on the slider door hanging off. The ladder was broken that goes to the tent, which made for difficulties in getting up and down. There were no shades on majority of the windows, which is not great when needing to change clothes or keep it dark for sleep. All in all, we were disappointed.

Tyrone responded quickly to questions and concerns. He had contactless pickup and drop-off, which was convenient but resulted in lots of questions via the Outdoorsy app. Our trip was in mid-June with 100+ degree temperatures so when we picked up the van the inside temperature indicated 120 degrees. I tried to start the generator to cool down the van while we got ourselves situated, but the battery for the living compartment was too low to initiate the generator or other controls. After some text exchanges with Tyrone we simply hit the road to use the van’s AC to cool down. Once we got to the campsite and plugged in we were able to charge the batteries and things went more smoothly. The only other issue was that the cable for the generator was not secured and dragged on the pavement until broken, resulting in no generator for the rest of our trip. Fortunately, we had electric hookups most of the time so loss of the generator didn’t impair enjoyment of the camping. One other comment: the double bed is very small. I’m 6’1” and if there had been a second adult it would have been very tight. All in all, it was a great trip and I appreciate Tyrone’s responsiveness.

We recently rented this van for a trip and overall had a good experience. At the end of the trip, there were a few issues.

Easy to drive, ac ran cold which was a life saver, had no major issues outside normal wear and tear and any problems I had Tyrone was quick to respond

We rented this van and with the instructions were off to the races. The video overview is a must-watch and definitely gave us more confidence using this RV. We didn't have any issues and enjoyed our time with ol' Big Bertha.

Tyrone was pretty responsive throughout the trip as we are new to using camper vans. This one ran very smoothly and has consistent cold AC which was great for our Arizona roadtrip. Having the option sleep in the pop-open tent or inside the vehicle gave us great flexibility, especially for nights when it was too hot.

Overall we had a good experience, but the AC didn't work, and there was no hot water, which was a big reason I wanted to rent this van. Owner did respond quickly with a few suggestions, but they didn't work.

This was our first time trying out the RV lifestyle. Our trip was awesome, the weather was wonderful and our RV worked out great. It took us a bit to figure out how everything worked, thankfully Tyrone was very quick to to reply with videos and suggestions. The RV was very easy to drive and was a perfect size for parking...no longer than an your average pick up truck. This was especially nice in the congested Sedona parking lots.
