The whole experience was absolutely terrible. The verification process was never completed even though I tried to work with 7 or 8 agents. Everyone was reading the same scripts and no solutions. $792.85 was taken out of my account upon reserving the RV. The bank flagged the transaction and took the bank card to replace it. I never got the RV since the verification wasn't done. The host stopped responding to my messages and won't take calls from the customer support. Customer support tells me that a refund cannot be provided. This is perhaps the worst service and experience I have had with any company I have had to interact with and do business with in my entire life. I still have zero resolution a week after my originally scheduled trip.

Kyle was extremely responsive while I had the rig, few things came up that I had questions about and with in 2-3 minutes, he responded and had answers for all my questions. Really a pleasant experience all around. Would rent from Kyle next time forsure. Highly highly recommend.

Great Motorhome and a great host! We highly recommend. We are seasoned travelers and own a campground so we also rent RV's. Kyle made every interaction a breeze from the day of pick up to the night we dropped it back off (late!) he was very reasonable with all things related to the motorhome. Thanks Kyle!
