We had several problems with our RV Adventuring experiance. We thought we were paying top dollar for the top of the line RV. They were still prepping the Rv when we arrived and gave limited info regarding the operation also, there was only a 1/2 tank of fuel provided at pick up? As soon as we left the property the tire warning light went off. It took two stops at gas stations and several dollars to inflat the tire to proper pressure. Brook told us when we arrived that the awning was not usable and there is a cook stove in case there are any issues with the stove. Unfortuatly the induction cook top did not work at all and tripped the breaker every time we tried it. The camp stove that was provided had 1/2 can of butane enough full for one meal. I would have brought mine had I known. On our second day the side sliding door would not open. This happened several time including the next morning. The only way to open the door was to start the engine, Desiel engine very noisy for the neighbors at a camp site 6:30 am. On the trip back we refueled the vehicle and a check engine light came on. After our return I expressed my concerns to Rob I asked for a partial refund for our troubles which he agreed on? I never received any refund. My advice is to steer clear of this company. They are very scattered and have very poor customer service.

We are very disappointed in this review as it’s always our goal to exceed expectations and we have gotten very good at meeting that. I can simply respond to all the issues with facts to help other renters.1. We provide a personally made video how-to on all of our rentals as well as walk our guests thru the workings. This specific checkout took 45 minutes.2. We make sure the tank is at least 1/2 full and request the vehicle to come back with the same level.3. We make sure all maintenance is performed and no engine lights or issues are on the vehicles on every trip, the check engine light was a minor reset likely due to excessive idle of the engine due to operator error. We don’t charge extra for these issues as we understand these vehicles have a learning curve to them.4. We have extensive knowledge of these vehicles and provide extras as backup for the vehicles limitations such as a backup stove for the high power requirements this particular stove system requires. The stove worked perfectly upon renter return, this was likely operator error.5. Any unforeseen and unavoidable concerns are addressed prior to any rental and we pride ourselves in doing all we can to make our vehicles ready for any rental and avoid having any cancellations.
