We had a great experience with the RV. Eugenia was extremely care and positive to every request. The RV is equipped with all the stuff needed for a great camping. The RV was very clean. Thank you!!

The RV was nice and clean and the owners explained everything well upon our departure.Everything went well with the RV until the automatic stairs failed to operate on the 2nd day of our trip, through no fault of our own, then upon return the owners withheld that amount of money from our deposit which did upset us. We disputed that charge and we ended up having to go to arbitration through FairClaims. They found in our favor and agreed it wasn’t our fault, then they ordered the owners to pay us that money back, which they did.

Awesome RV! Awesome communication. Great experience all around!
