Carlie was amazing! So quick to reply to every message. She was able to accommodate a late request for the booking and was even able to get a repair done before delivering the trailer to us. The trailer was perfect and met all of our needs. The queen bed was comfortable and my husband slept better in it than he had in the 5 hotels we had stayed in the days leading up the trip. It was nice to be able to add on the camp chairs as we were coming in from out of town on the end of a road trip and didn't have any with us. I would rent this trailer again or another from Carlie without hesitation. Thank you Carlie for making this part of our vacation a possibility!

The host was responsive. If you plan on cooking, I would recommend bringing additional pans. What is provided is two small pans and a kettle. There is no rug for the door. Some of these things seem basic for a camper.The water heater did not work. The host was responsive and tried to troubleshoot. However it never ended up working. We went without showers for the whole trip which is one of the reasons we rent a trailer instead of tent camping. In addition we were charged for “breaking” the fridge door. The fridge door was functioning how we received it the entire time. When I got the message from the host that we would be charged to repair it, they mentioned the door was fragile and has broken before. If it was in fact broken, it would have been nice to know how to use it properly so we didn’t “break” it. We were unaware that the sink was plastic I put a pan in the sink and I guess it burnt the plastic, about the size of a quarter. We were also charged for this.

We had a great trip. Pick up and drop was a breeze. Joey was very well organized and the trailer was clean and ready to roll out when we arrived. I had a few questions while we were renting and Joey was very responsive. Highly recommend this rental. Thanks Joey and Carlie!

The Camper was awesome, perfect for our weekend trip, everything worked great. The host was very responsive with any of my questions that I had during the trip and very easy to work with. Our schedule got a bit thrown around and they worked so wonderfully with it. If you use the generator, they brought an extra tank of gas for us, but I wish we had brought our own as well. We had to go fill up the tanks every day in order to have AC thru the night and thru the day, even though we we turned everything off if we were gone longer than 30min. Over all, it was a perfect little camper for a small family outing.

The RV was perfect for our needs! Greatly appreciated the delivery and pick up availability by the host. The solar power was fantastic in addition to the option to add on the generator. Their communication was fantastic and our two went so smoothly! Thanks so much!

Carlie was amazing to work with! She was very responsive and helpful during the entire process. This trailer was PEREFCT for my husband and me! Although we didn't use the shower, I was surprised at the size! It was bigger than my friends motorhome! (they had showers at our campsite that we decided to use!) The trailer comes with everything you will need! We didn't know what to expect because we had never rented a trailer, so we brought everything we thought we needed and didn't use much, but you won't need anything! I can't wait for next years trip to use this one again! Thank you Carlie and thank you to your husband!

Thank you for renting with us Rudy. I’m sorry your experience wasn’t quite what you wanted with the water tank running out. Lesson learned for future campers who will be dry camping without access to fresh water at Sand Hollow. We will be sure to help plan ahead and perhaps offer an option for refilling the water tanks for a fee.
