I currently own Three RV- Travel Trailers all roomie with modern options. All very clean with bed foam for sleep comfort. I also own two Vacation homes in Springfield Ohio that are on our Vrbo site and Have Beautiful accommodations to include a Sauna Jacuzzi and a walk distance to several restaurants & stores. I believe in giving great service at a fair price even if it's below market price.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH SHELTON LEE. I was so looking forward to our camper rental (2017 Forest River Wildwood), however, due to Shelton's lack of communication and response, our 4-day vacation was spent on the phone with Outdoorsy submitting complaints of problems with the camper and his lack of response. Upon arriving at the campground at the time we were notified via email the morning of arrival, the camper was there, but no one to give us instructions, no walk-through, nothing. The camper was unlocked, but the person who delivered it took the keys with them. The air was not working, camper rocked terribly as the stabilizers under camper were not put down, water tank overflow was leaking outside the camper, and we could not use the outside kitchen as it was locked. Outdoorsy and I tried numerous times to text and call Shelton with no answer and his voicemail box was full. My husband was able to get the air conditioner working and the rear stabilizer down. Once we got the outside kitchen open, we found the TV was broken and the burner was an induction surface and there were no induction cookware to use on it. We never did get the keys or the front stabilizer put down during our vacation. This could have been a quick fix of the issues with the camper, but he chose not to follow-thru. If these issues would be fixed on the camper, it would not have been so bad. Shelton owns several campers, but I would NOT recommend renting from Shelton Lee Properties. P.S. Outdoorsy was very concerned and responsive to our situation.

Shelton was very accomodating! He provided all the comforts of home! I recommend renting from him! He took care of all the needs of the RV! We didn't have any disruptions! Shelton hands down is a super supreme host!

Absolute perfection!
This worked out better than expected and our trailer had everything we could possibly need!
The beds were firm and comfy so i couldn't feel when my husband had to get up in the middle of the night.
Everything was ready to go when we arrived which was extremely convenient.
Shelton was responsive and tentative which was very helpful.
We will be utilizing this option for travel in the future.

We rented the RV for our family Thanksgiving get together as additional space for sleeping so no one had to travel 30 plus minutes back and forth from a hotel. This was PERFECT! The RV was delivered on time and set up for us - complete with instructions on how to operate the TVs (there were 3), how to change the couches into beds, and more. We had everything we could ask for! Thank you for helping us create wonderful Thanksgiving family memories!

The RV was very clean and well stocked, delivered and picked up on time as promised. Shelton was great to work with and showed me around the RV so that I was able to get comfortable quickly and prepare for our Dachshund field trials. Would definitely rent from Shelton/ outdoorsy again.
