Hello! We are the Andersen Family. We love getting to spend time in the outdoors with our two girls and our bulldog Coconut. Spending time with our family is our greatest joy and we love being able to share our love of camping and exploring with others. We have been RVing for many years and enjoy the comfort and freedom it provides for trips. We hope you create beautiful memories on your adventures!

This was our first time renting an RV and it was a blast. Easy check-out and check-in experience, accessible RV, and plenty of room and storage to feel like home.

Ty & Mackenzie were great to rent from. Unfortunately we had to do a deep clean on the RV before we went on a 23 day trip. The RV is modern, has a super comfy bed, and is the perfect size. We had a few mechanical issues along the way that we communicated to Ty in which he was super responsive and appreciated the feedback.

This was my first RV rental and using Outdoorsy. The entire experience was excellent. The App is super easy to use and find the right RV, and there are a million choices depending on your needs. Once I found our rental, the owners Mackenzie and Ty were VERY responsive and answered all my rookie questions with quickly and confidently. This specific RV out performed our expectation. Easy to drive, when it expands it creates the space you might be used to in your home. Bathroom worked great and was easy to use. The lighted awning worked well and was very helpful. Cooked EVERY day on the gas stove top and used the convection oven once. Took a little trial and error to figure out how to set oven cook temp and then transition to setting cook time. Just a few minutes delay here and is probably related to the fact I've never used a Microwave/Convection combo unit (very cool).

Mackenzie and Ty were AMAZING hosts! This was my family’s first time with a RV and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From reservation, pick up to drop off, the Andersons were so patient with us, answered all of our crazy questions, and made us feel so comfortable. Please book them and book them again! If you look up all positive adjectives in the dictionary, they apply to these hosts. Thanks y’all!

I enjoyed my first time experience! I used the RV to ensure accommodations were met for my guest while hosting my daughter’s 21 birthday celebration in Benson Park, NC.
The RV itself is just as the picture shows, it added a nice luxury feel that was enjoyed by all.
This was my first RV experience, I was very hesitant but Mackenzie answered all my questions and provided resources I could use to research.
Although there were a few mishaps TY and Mackenzie were very professional and came to the local location to assist. Their customer service and patience were very accommodating.
The RV itself is just as the picture shows, it added a nice luxury feel that was enjoyed by all.

This was the worst RV we have ever rented.. Nothing worked. Complete house Battery failure, water failure nothing worked as promised or advertised.. We Had to rent hotel rooms. It was nothing more than a big rental car.
When we returned it. We were promised a refund by the husband of Mackenzie.. After a refund agreement was reached and confirmed with Outdoorsy. Mackenzie called us later and told us they would not honor the agreed upon refund. It is sad and criminal that they are allowed to get away with this.. ! We will never rent thru Outdoorsy again. as we have no recourse other than to sue" these folks from out of state.

As you know, we reached out to you immediately when you encountered the problem with the battery and you refused our offer of a video chat, or even my husband’s offer to make the hours-long drive out to help you. We tried to contact you many times during the trip to discover what was wrong but you chose not to respond. We even messaged and called you about using the Outdoorsy 24/7 support or included roadside assistance, whose help you declined. When you returned a day early, we refunded you for that day, and didn't even charge for the propane/fuel fill. My husband inspected the RV when it was returned and found all systems functional, like he demonstrated to you, and you signed off on at the beginning of the trip. Outdoorsy and us both explained that we could not refund you for the full amount of your trip after using it for 3 weeks. (Surprisingly, not even after you belittled and made fun of the support member for their race and ethnicity.) I wish you luck on your future endeavors and hope you ask for the help you need, or if something is actually wrong, you can get it resolved before threatening and demanding a full refund after the fact.

Mackenzie's RV was perfect for our getaway! Communication was always prompt, the RV was just as previewed, and pickup/return was a breeze. The bag of 'Smores was an awesome touch! Many thanks for providing a seamless experience - 5 Stars, start to finish!

I rented this for a couple days. I have a family of 4. Everything is as listed. Ty is very patient, understanding, & communicative!! He explained everything very well and kept in touch with me for the questions I had while I rented it. Ty and McKenzie are great people. I definitely recommend this rental to anyone. This was my first time and It was fantastic. When we decide to do this again. I will be renting this!!!!
