We are first time C-Class rental drivers and first time using Outdoorsy. From the beginning of the quote stage, Otto was quick to communicate. We felt it was a fair price and the year and amenities were a bonus. We were able to pick up the RV a couple of hours early to avoid rush hour traffic. Otto walked us through the directions and showed us everything we needed to make our trip successful. We had packed at home things we had from our previous camper but after looking around, it was stocked with so much already! Full set of silverware, cups, bowls, plates, Keurig and Hershey coffee pods. There was paper towels, garbage sacks, large bowl, pans, towels, cutting board, sandwich baggies, Saran wrap, easy gas stove to use. Loved the layout of the RV, 2 slides made it spacious. It came with extra bedding, a sleeping bag, 1 queen foam memory pad for the queen bed above the driver area. It was much larger in person. There were bath towels, trash can for kitchen and bathroom. There was ample space to put everything we brought and we brought a lot. The fridge was good size. Top shelf was really cold and froze the hamburger we brought but that was great as we did bring too much for the freezer to hold. The shower was a good size. Back bedroom area was great with a ton of storage. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The 2 front driver and passenger seats were amazingly comfortable. I was a bit sad to get back into my own car after riding! Husband did all the driving and did a great job. We went the speed limit or slower, especially around curves as I have a fear of tipping over. We drove to Colorado and it was a treat to drive till dark and park with all the other RVers in the Walmart parking lot in Gallup. Got up the next morning and was on our way! The backup camera was great to have as we pulled out 2 quads on a trailer. The shades inside for the windows were really nice to use at night. The tinted windows make it hard for neighbors to look in at you which was nice. We used both the AC and heater while in Colorado and they worked great! Better yet was the fireplace on while watching a movie. We stayed at 2 campsites over 8 nights. We had hookups at both locations. Also included in the RV are camping chairs and a camp stove that hooks directly to the propane system. That was really nice. We used the flat top to cook on. We had a rude awakening for gas cost. We think it's a 60 gallon tank. Roughly 365 miles per tank we used. We were in the mountains pulling a trailer to and from Ouray Colorado and filled up 4 times total for a bit over 1000 miles. Wish we had the under $2 a gallon again. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and thankful to have been able to rent this RV. It met all of our needs and more. Working with Otto was wonderful 😊. Thank you Otto!
