We started Southern Custom Property Management LLC to share our travel trailer with like-minded people who enjoy the outdoors as much as we do. We provide an enjoyable camping experience at the beach or in the country. It's completely up to you.

We had a FABULOUS time renting this RV at Lakewood! Everything was set up, clean and ready to go! Included everything needed for cooking and eating, towels for bathroom and kitchen, dish soap, hand soap, outdoor mat, everything! Basic cleaning supplies to help keep the sand at bay. Having a washer and dryer was HUGE! Loved tossing pool towels in the dryer so they weren't hanging around all damp.
We would 100% recommend them and can't wait to do it again next year!

Perfect camper, plenty of space and host was wonderful! Even came back out to save the day when I accidentally locked the keys in the camper. Definitely would recommend and will be rebooking for future trips.

The trailer definitely exceeded our highest expectations. Had everything we needed and more! No details were forgotten. The owner was super responsive, there for all questions and also extremely kind. Will definitely rent again from them!
