The RV worked out great. Pick up and return was easy. The weather and other issues totally destroyed our 1st experience using Outdoorsy though. No fault of Outdoorsy or the RV owner. Our trip had to be cut a day short because of bad storms in Houston and we were kicked out of our BBQ space by the U of H Police. We were competing in a cook-off at the University of Houston for an event they call Frontier Fiesta. A giant storm hit around noon on that Saturday and they shut down all the generators and kicked us off campus.

Rented the trailer for the weekend to take the family to Lake Sommerville. it was clean and in good shape. Away showed me how the ins and outs of setting up the trailer and was available if I had an trouble.

Abay is very knowledgeable and spent time explaining details about the camper. Everything was in working order and we had issues.

The Rv leaks water in restroom when toilet 🚽 flushed the first time after the first shower the drain drained slow took 2hrs between baths to go down.

RV was as advertised, host was very accommodating and informative for a first-time RV-er (me!). Would like to have had dish soap, hand towel, and drip coffee maker (only K-cup provided). Overall five star experience, would rent again.

Excellent communication. Easy pickup and drop off. The rv works as described and comes with everything you need. Trailer tows well. Sleeping mats are on par with a camper of this type. Bring a sleeping mat for comfort.
