Great experience with this RV. It's very cozy and enough space for the whole family. The host is nice and helpful. We had a very memorable road trip in this RV.

At the time the RV was delivered to us, it was filthy and had significant damage to the shower, the rear bed mattress, the dining room seating, the fridge was full of mold, and the couch. Had we not been under time constraints to visit our family over the Memorial Day weekend we would have backed out of the rental. The photos of the RV available on Outdoorsy misrepresent the condition of the RV. When we commented to Ricky that the RV did not look like the photos on Outdoorsy, he responded: "That's what happens when you rent out your RV." My wife spent six hours cleaning the RV before we could leave on our vacation. We paid $80.00 each to have the gray and black water tanks drained at the end of the trip. Because of the condition of the shower, bathroom, etc. we did not use the water or toilet and, therefore, did not use the gray or black water tanks. We mentioned this to Ricky at the time we returned the RV and he said we would get a $160.00 reimbursement credit, since that fee had already been deducted. So far, we have not received the credit, and he has made demands for damages against our $1,000 security fee that are wholly unwarranted. All in all, I would not rent from Ricky again.
