My wife, Kelsey, and I stumbled upon RVing when covid first hit and hotels started shutting down. We quickly fell in love with it and decided to rent ours out while we're not using it instead of just letting it sit. We have two kids and two cats and we love to travel!

This was my first time renting an tv so I’m not sure what to say. Everything went well.

We had to re-route our entire trip due to the black tank being full at pick up.
Had already paid for 4 days at an off-grid HipCamp. Got all set up and realized the black tank was full from previous renter. Spent hours trying to find an available spot to camp where we could dump tank and camp. Found 2 non-consecutive sites at Cloudland Canyon. (Set up/take down, move to another spot - set up/take down). Had to also pay for those sites, mandatory park pass, taxes, fees. Decided to end our trip early and turned the RV in the day before it was due back. Host insisted we not fill up the gas tank so we didn't. We expect a refund.

Wonderful trip! Bearclaws was exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was streamlined and easy for us novice "RVers".

Jonathon was very prompt, kind, and courteous in communicating. He was very laid back, and made the entire process easy, and straightforward with no hassle. The RV was clean, and well appointed. We didn’t lack anything during our trip.from comfy bedding to glassware and utensils, they provided it all! It is also a newer RV, and is absolutely beautiful inside and out! It was as he said, easy to drive. We backed it into a space at at campground without any difficulties. The video he provided was very helpful in learning the ropes. I highly recommend Jonathon Yale, and would rent from him again myself. Thank you again for everything!
