I've rented many trailers in the past from Outdoorsy, and this was the best overall experience to date. The trailer is immaculate and set up perfectly. Trong was very helpful with the trailer hookup and orientation. I would definitely recommend and will rent from him again.

Experience was just what I was looking for. Trong went above and beyond to provide helpful information in advance of the pickup, he was thorough in his explanations of the RV systems, and he was very responsive to any questions I had while I was renting.

Trong provided detailed orientation videos, and went beyond to help with every part of the rental experience. The trailer is in great condition and we had a comfortable camping.
