Our experience working through Outdoorsy was very easy. I can say the same about working with the owner of the RV, Wei. From reserving the RV, to picking it up, to delivering it back afterwards was a very simple process. Wei was easy to contact, and he responded to emails, and texts, in a timely manner. If I am to rent another RV in the San Jose, CA area, I will contact Wei.

Wei was extremely communicative and provided all of the information I needed to utilize the vehicle. He worked with me to ensure I was able to pick up and drop off at times that worked for both of us as well.

We had a great family weekend camping with Wei’s van. The van is well equipped and it’s in good condition.

Van was clean and runs smoothly for a weekend getaway you the coast with our two young kids. Very helpful to watch the how-to instruction video on this model of camper.
