Battery went dead first night which caused fridge to shut off causing my food to go bad and being in the forest 45 minutes from a grocery store that sucked then when I returned it and told her about it, she just said that sucks. I showed them it was in the sun for the solar panels, they had nothing to say about it

Rachel was extremely patient with teaching us how to operate all the components of the trailer. And was very accommodating to our changing travel schedule.
