My recent experience with Bre was simply outstanding. Bre was responsive, flexible, and professional. When our trip required a couple last minute changes (adding one day to our trip, and requesting a generator), Bre was accommodating and timely. Bre was on time with the delivery of the unit, and provided real-time updates related to her ETA. She is prompt, returns messages quickly, and does what she promises. Bre provided her mobile number just in case we had questions during our weekend trip, and when we did call her with a quick and minor question about the unit's operation, she responded immediately with helpful advice. Bre's RV is beautiful, in great condition, and was immaculate. Just as important, (at least to me), Bre and her friend who helped her with the set-up, were friendly and extremely likable. Thanks, Bre for a great experience! I plan to call on Bre again in the future when our plans include RV rental. Jeffrey Hartman, Naperville, IL.

Rented the camper for a family vacation. Slept 10 with ease! Bre was available at all times and prompt with responses. Camper was clean!
We went into the rental knowing there was a battery/power problem, but all ended up being ok. There was a brief walk-thru and we had to work out some stuff via trial and error (being first time campers) so I’d say to insist on the walk through and the ins and outs of the camper if you’re not familiar.

Bre was not communicative about the pickup or dropoff time and did not provide the proper RV attachments(sway bar kit) or even mention that they were necessary. The RV had a flat upon receiving it and multiple covers were broken on the battery and propane tank holders. Spend a little more money and get something better.
