Renter Beware. We rented this camper for our family of seven from June 24-29, 2024, and had a disappointing experience. Despite paying extra for setup, the camper was not properly prepared upon our arrival. The restroom malfunctioned because the septic system was not correctly configured.The owner's unusual requirement for managing the septic tank is a major inconvenience. Renters must monitor the holding tank from a control panel within the camper. When the tank is full, someone must crawl underneath the camper to manually open and close valves, allowing sewage to flow into the septic system. This is unacceptable and inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues.The television was also inoperable on arrival. It took a day for a replacement to be provided. The camper lacks essential amenities. There is no cookware, cooking utensils, dish towels, or grill. Plastic utensils and paper plates are the only dining provisions. Coffee pots are available, but only upon request.Do not expect any comfort in bedding or towels. No comforters, blankets, bath towels, or washcloths are provided. The single air conditioning unit inadequately cools the camper, leaving ends sweltering and the middle freezing. Bring a fan to circulate air and a jacket for sleeping in the middle section.Additional necessities like rugs for the awning are only available if you ask. Beach chairs are additional $. But be wary of requesting anything, as the owner may fabricate claims to withhold your deposit. Our advice is to choose a more reliable and considerate camper rental for your vacation. There are better options available from owners who respect their guests' experience.

I the appreciate feedback and I’m sorry to hear despite my best efforts you did not enjoy your stay. However the listing has clear information regarding everything that comes with the camper which was also confirmed with you when you booked the camper . I did provide a coffee machine by your request as I usually do not which confirms the information provided on the listing . Outdoor rugs are an add on as you can see when you book the camper , however that was provided for you at no additional charge . The tv was replaced in less than 24 hours due to the remote not functioning and I even logged you in to my personal Disney plus account for the children to watch Bluey as they requested. You maintained communication during your stay and did not notify me of any issues with the AC . You received a quick response at all times and the basic functions of the sewer system is simply the functionality of the camper . I offered a technician in the morning if you continued to have issues that night as it was past 8:30pm but the issue had been resolved. Lastly, it is impossible to fabricate a damage claim through outdoorsy as we had to submit an extensive report and supporting photos and documentation in which they decided to move forward with awarding me the deposit for the damages .

Sage was friendly, flexible, and responsive; however, the description of items included was very inaccurate.
This unit was not equipped other than sheets, pillows and a couple of pots.
He was not aware that “linens” included bath towels, so I’m not sure if he plans to include them in the future.
Upon our arrival we requested bath towels and he delivered within a couple of minutes along with some paper plates and plastic utensils.
The listing stated it included “even toiletries” so it gave us the impression that the unit would be very much equipped. We ended up buying a few plastic plates and cups, silverware, tablecloth, some cooking utensils and blankets.
The outdoor kitchen has a gas stove, not grill as described.
It also does not include camping chairs or outdoor rug; although he was willing supply for an additional fee. I understand that a lot of other units supply beach chairs for a fee, but camping chairs is pretty basic for camping and should be included imo.
The awning is supposed to have LED light but they weren’t working.
Although the sheets and pillow smelled clean, the rest of the unit was very much not. There were crumbs in the pantry, dust everywhere, spiderwebs and trash under and behind the furniture.
Overall, the unit was comfortable and spacious, but it felt like it was recently acquired and not deep cleaned or equipped properly.
