I put a lot of time and effort into designing and maintaining each van so guests can have a comfortable, reliable, and unique way to explore the Pacific Northwest and beyond. My goal has always been to give people the freedom to enjoy the road without the stress of hotels, rigid schedules, or worrying about how far they can go. There’s something special about being able to pull over at a scenic spot, cook a meal, and fall asleep under the stars—and I’m glad you got to experience that.

It means a lot to us that you mentioned the camping necessities. We’ve put a lot of thought into equipping our vans with everything you might need so you can focus on the fun part—enjoying the trip—without worrying about the small details. Hearing that it all came together for you makes us really happy.
We truly appreciate you choosing to travel with us and for taking the time to leave a review. As a small, growing business, every bit of feedback helps us improve and also gives future travelers a sense of what to expect. We hope Autumn Breeze gave you some great memories of the Pacific Northwest!

However, the prep fee(which I feel should be refunded to me) was a joke. The van was dirty; the inverter for power did not work; there were no working batteries in the lights; there were no window coverings for privacy; except for the windshield which what torn and flimsy. There was dirt and left over food and old ketchup in the vehicle. I did not use anything in the van. We went to walmart and purchased new sheets and pillows and blankets and covered everything; when i told Jake about the lack of “prep” he offered for me to go buy and get reimbursed but I am on a vacation and he did not discount the van for the inconvenience of the last minute bait and switch move he pulled. I do not recommend renting from Jake unless you are okay with misrepresentation of vehicle. I told him my husband was on a c-pap and we needed power to the van for his c-pap and this van was not equipped for that. We had to go to home depot and buy extension cord, power strip; a fan;.
It was a very disappointing experience we purchased the winter forrest van(2023)which we were told had mechanical issues at 8pm the night before our trip and received a 2006 van that was ill equipped and unattractive for our vacation. The windshield was so dirty that we had to stop right away and have someone clean it because a regular squeegee at the gas pump did not clean. There was no windshield fluid in the vehicle so we couldn’t gwt the glare off. The lights for driving were so dull we had to rife on hi-beams when driving at night. I should receive a $500 refund for my time lost; my bait and switch experience; our inability to sleep because of no power for the c-pap machine;
Maybe this is common practice but he left the keys in the gas tank and we never met him. We actually returned the vehicle in better condition than we received it. Do not rent from Jake; He did not take care of us.
