Overall, Jake was communicative. However, the van did not feel adequately prepared for renters, the cleanliness fell well below expectations, and the transmission issue created unnecessary stress during our vacation. With better preparation, maintenance, and attention to detail, this could be a much better rental experience. As it stands, we left feeling that the listing promised more than the actual experience delivered.

What an amazing experience start to finish! Jake was an excellent communicator that made us feel at ease through the whole process. We were unable to pick up the van we originally rented because of slight damage by a previous driver but he upgraded us free of charge to a newer van and made it so easy for us! The van was cute, clean and ready for us to take on the adventure of a lifetime, it had a lot of essentials that were perfect for our week long trip through Olympic National Park. We had the tire pressure light go on mid-trip, texted our contact and he replied immediately with helpful info for us. As someone who has rented a van for a roadtrip before, this was the best experience ever! Would recommend to any and everyone

LOVED this Astro van. It was seriously the coziest setup ever—white sheets, twinkle lights everywhere, just super warm and inviting. Waking up in the redwoods and making coffee with the press they had was such a vibe. They even had tea and all the little things you don’t realize you need.
The van honestly had everything we needed. Like actually everything. The solar setup was amazing—I charged my phone, laptop, and even used a waffle maker with no problem. Didn’t have to worry about power at all, which was huge. It stayed really warm and cozy at night too.
For the price, this van is such a good deal. If you’re two people and don’t want to spend a ton on one of those super expensive vans, this is a perfect option. This is my second time renting from Jake’s Fleet and I think this one is my favorite. You can tell a lot of thought went into it.
Would 100% rent again. Such a great experience 🌲✨🚐

we just returned from a trip in this van and we had a great time! however, we experienced a few issues with the van. we were supposed to be renting a newer van but due to a repair that could make it unavailable for our trip, we agreed to switch to this one a week prior. while the vehicle drove very well, the van’s heat didn’t work and there was a leak in the back door that caused a significant amount of water to come in when we were camping. there were also various minor issues (string lights broken even with new batteries, drivers side visor and armrest broken, broken seal on side door that let rain in and causes the van to be drafty). we expected normal wear and tear on the van but experiencing so many issues was disappointing when we paid a lot for the rental. the host was very responsive and easy to work with and we had a fun experience overall, but would encourage those looking to rent this van to do a thorough check that these issues are fixed before renting!

Had lots of fun and an amazing time with this van, my favorite part was the generator! Extremely helpful with charging all of our devices! The heater was also a blessing in that cold!

Jake was awesome to work with! Very quick to respond and smooth easy process from start to finish. The sink hose started to leak so we reached out and he was super helpful and willing to brainstorm from afar. The camper was cozy with lots of storage space. We even fit our husky pup's bed and still had plenty of space! 10/10 recommend renting a unit from Jake!

We had such an awesome trip in Jake’s van! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for exploring the Oregon Coast. The bed was really comfy and the setup made camping easy and fun. Jake was great to communicate with, super quick to reply and really helpful with all of my questions! Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues with the van. Would totally rent again next time we’re in Oregon. Thank you 🌲🌧️🏕️🌊

This van helped make our trip amazing! Having all the room we needed and being the vehicle to get us anywhere we wanted to go. Jake was amazing too. Fast to respond to respond to any questions and super helpful. Will definitely recommend him and his vans to anyone who might be making a trip to the area.

we had a great trip around the Pacific Northwest in the ultimate den! The van did well on the road and was comfortable. There was a late return from a prior renter, but Jake got the van ready for us later on the first day of travel. The van did lack some listed essentials so we had to pick up these items. Jake was a great host and offered to prorate us for the late start and the cost of missing items. I would recommend the ultimate den to future travelers!

What a great trip amd such an awesome way to travel! This van was amazing. We went to the Redwoods for 4 nights and loved every minute getting to travel this way. Jake is a fantastic host and made sure we made it down the road without a hitch. We chose the early pickup option, which was great and so convenient. Our 3 dogs had all the room to lounge while we drove, and we had plenty of storage for all our gear. We took extra blankets and pillows but didnt need them because the bed was so comfortable-wow! Rain or shine we felt this was the way to travel! Thanks so much for the most amazing experience Jake! We can't wait to plan another trip!
