Having never rented an RV, I had a lot of apprehension about how all the systems worked (electrical, sewage, water, generator, etc.) at campsites. Andrea was very patient and walked me through everything, answering all my questions. She responded quickly to my questions, and was very helpful. My kids and I toured the Southwest US and made amazing life-long memories, sharing incredible adventures as we saw 9 National Parks, and I'll forever be grateful for the experience!
